Newly Finished Project – SBA Conference Room

ADI completed the demolition of the existing mail room and storage spaces to create a brand new 30,000 sf training facility and conference room for the Small Business Administration in the basement of the building. The conference room can be divided into three smaller rooms, if needed, by hidden partitions or used as one large facility. This project required 40 tons of steel to mount the floating, sound proofed ceiling. Another phase of the project included a break room on the 7th and 8th floors.

Newly Finished Project – DaVita Roxboro, North Carolina

First project in North Carolina!

ADI Construction began working in April of 2013 during one of the wettest Spring/Summer seasons in years. This project is a brand new, ground up building for DaVita Dialysis on a 4 acre site. This project included the clearing of the site, bringing in all utilities, all exterior paving – including a roadway for medical vehicles, private driveway, parking and drive aisles. ADI also added two retention ponds – one for filtering run off of storm water and one dry pond. While dealing with an already tight schedule, workers had to deal with an abundant amount of subsurface rock. Once that challenge was overcome, ADI was able to pour the concrete base and erect the steel core. The exterior of the building was finished with brick work and an exterior insulated fenestration system veneer.

Eighth Day Design Office – Weekly Featured Project

ADI completed this office renovation for Eighth Day Design’s new space. A conversion of a previous lawyer’s office into a modern, open floor plan for these architects. This project was under a tight schedule, which included the tenant moving into the space after two weeks of construction and continuing daily work operations through project completion.
