ADI awarded Sierra Nevada Project

ADI has been chosen to build Sierra Nevada’s new 24,000 square foot one-of-a-kind local headquarters in Herndon, VA. The signature design, by Studio B2SJ, features a cascading waterfall, dry laid stone walls and luminous ceilings. Other unique elements include a star-burst pattern terrazzo floor, motorized millwork room-separation partitions that retract into concealed pockets and a separate proposal suite. ADI is currently working with the project team to meticulously clarify the design intent to ensure that the architect’s creative and innovative design is faithfully and precisely executed. Construction is expected to commence in February.
