Under a tight schedule ADI Construction coordinated the demolition of 23,000 sf and completed the installation of a high-end full-floor tenant build-out. Unique design features with an interesting palette of finishes completes this new overall look for Front Point. Inset green lighting is used throughout the space in the reception area, elevator lobby and kitchen. Bright green paint accents various walls and columns, highlighting the green textured glass used within the space.
Features of this bright, kid-friendly space include curved glass partitions, tiled brushing stations, and 4 play areas with video game consoles. Technology was a key feature with TV’s over every dental chair and an integrated security & AV system that can be controled via smartphone. Fado’s uses custom millwork to create the look and feel of an antique Irish pub. The handcrafted wood was imported from Ireland as a touch of authenticity. The pub is nationally recognized for its atmosphere, and is a destination for many fun-lovers.
ADI Construction is in the process of completing a new single-story medical building for DaVita Dialysis. ADI developed the entire site, including the replacement of a 3-foot undercut of unsuitable soils prior to construction, and was still able to complete the project on time and within budget. The project features a 30-foot cantilevered entrance canopy. As you enter the space, you are greeted by two dry-stacked, stone feature walls in the waiting area leading into the treatment areas.
ADI completed the renovation of an existing office interior space for the new offices of Watkins Meegan in Tysons Corner. Walking into the reception area of this space, the project highlights an illuminated, undulating wall, as well as panels of color changing lights lining the opposite wall. A cavart, low profile storefront system was used throughout the space. ADI worked closely with several proprietary vendors to ensure the project was delivered to the client on time, even while overcoming delays caused by the backlog of fire protection submittals by the county.
This project consisted of a complete renovation to Top Golf’s Signature Room that is used to host corporate events within the facility. This project was completed under a tight schedule while Top Golf remained open and occupied. This space features a 9 foot wide walnut laminate running the length of the room and along the wall – floor to ceiling. The remaining walls feature multi-color stainless reveals to add color and contrast to the space.
ADI coordinated the construction of a new custom office space for FCI Federal. This project features open and cloud ceiling elements, and multiple clerestory windows throughout the interior offices that allow natural light to penetrate through the majority of the space. With a major design change consideration in the middle of this project that stalled construction, the project was able to remain on time per the original schedule.
Unlike any other within the Crystal City Shops, ADI constructed a unique storefront for TechShop. The design utilized an acoustically rated glazing system, steel c-channels, high-end Moz panels and batten strips. In addition to the storefront, ADI performed the landlord work in preparation for TechShop – extensive concrete and tile demolition, coupled with over 10,000 sf of Ardex installation. Throughout this process, ADI worked concurrently with TechShop’s general contractor, navigating through unforeseen conditions, tight schedules and changing designs to deliver the store and storefront on time.

ADI Construction completed the renovation and re-design of the James Building main lobby, reception area and elevator lobby, while also improving the handicap ramp for RiverHouse Apartments. This space was designed to keep a consistent theme with the rest of the buildings within the complex, while also implementing new high-end finishes and modern updates, compared to the previous two renovations. Coordination between the architect, designer and ADI was a crucial element during this fast paced schedule – which included maintaining accessibility for the 600+ residents that occupy the building.
ADI Construction completed the build out of a large high tech dental center in Ashburn, VA. The facility includes installation of over 18 TV’s, 10 video games and a complete automated lighting, HVAC and security system, as well as the infrastructure for a large 13 chair dental practice. The design included many radius walls, bulkheads and high-end finishes. The owner added extensive design changes during construction which required extensive tracking and coordination. ADI coordinated the work in the 5,600 SF facility with the owners dental equipment vendor and system automation/data/entertainment vendor.
