ADI completed this ground-up construction for Arcola Church back in 2010. The added building was designed to coordinate with the existing structures of the church located in Dulles, VA. Design features included custom window colors, vaulted ceilings, decorative beams and interior masonry walls.
ADI Construction completed a new single-story medical building for DaVita Dialysis. ADI developed the entire site, including the replacement of a 3-foot undercut of unsuitable soils prior to construction, and was still able to complete the project on time and within budget. The project features a 30-foot cantilevered entrance canopy. As you enter the space, you are greeted by two dry-stacked, stone feature walls in the waiting area leading into the treatment areas.

ADI constructed this 6,000 square-foot pad site located at an existing retail center known as Sully Plaza. Work included site clearing and excavation, poured concrete footers, brick, split face block, EIFS, site lighting and landscaping. This was a limited sized pad site with little room for staging materials. Although the project faced numerous permit delays, which postponed the start of construction from summer to winter, the project was completed on time.
ADI Construction began working in April of 2013 during one of the wettest Spring/Summer seasons in years. This project is a brand new, ground up building for DaVita Dialysis on a 4 acre site. This project included the clearing of the site, bringing in all utilities, all exterior paving – including a roadway for medical vehicles, private driveway, parking and drive aisles. ADI also added two retention ponds – one for filtering run off of storm water and one dry pond. While dealing with an already tight schedule, workers had to deal with an abundant amount of subsurface rock. Once that challenge was overcome, ADI was able to pour the concrete base and erect the steel core. The exterior of the building was finished with brick work and an exterior insulated fenestration system veneer.
Rocky Gorge Animal Hospital is arguably the most advanced animal care facility in the Mid-Atlantic region. The hospital features state of the art surgical suites, dental suites, intensive care units, treatment stations, exam rooms, and full service laboratory and pharmacy facilities. Rocky Gorge also has a full range of diagnostic tools that include digital radiography, ultrasound, and a CT scanner, which is virtually unheard of in the industry.
ADI Construction began the addition to Arcola Church in February 2010 in the middle of a blizzard. This project included the complete construction of an additional building to match the existing church. Work on this project included custom window colors, vaulted ceilings, decorative beams and interior masonry walls, specifically designed to mirror the existing building.
These three high-end town homes are located two blocks from the Washington Convention Center. The units were constructed with a masonry and precast concrete façade, 10-foot floor heights, wood and stone floors, stone countertops, stone baths, ornate balconies at two levels, on-site parking and a historic shared carriage house. The project required extensive in filling of adjacent empty lots.
ADI Construction completed the complete renovation of office space into a high-end medical imaging center. Construction included all new mechanical systems and electrical service. Work requiredextensive structural modifications to support the weight of the new equipment, including a 17,000 lb magnet. With a relatively low bar joist height, this required careful coordination of above ceiling work. Careful selection of finishes were used to create a calming atmosphere for the patients. This included Earth tones on walls and flooring, a water feature in the hallway, and lighted landscape murals in the CT and MRI ceilings.
