ADI Constructions wins Honorable mention from AGC of DC for their work at 900 Massachusetts Avenue. This projects was a build out four floors in a twelve story building, adjacent to a historic church. The building was modernized with the addition of a four story stairwell with glass and metal railings. ADI preserved the stained glass windows from the historic church and used them in the new build-out.
ADI Construction began the addition to Arcola Church in February 2010. This project includes the complete construction of an additional building to match the existing church. Work on this project includes custom window colors, vaulted ceilings, decorative beams and interior masonry walls specifically designed to match the existing building. Work will conclude this month.
An ADI project, Veterinary Orthopedic Sports Medicine, is an Honorable award winner by Veterinary Economics for Best Veterinary Facility in the US in 2009.
ADI designed and constructed this unique Veterinary Orthopedic Hospital and Rehabilitation Facility for the Veterinary Orthopedic Sports Medicine Group (VOSM). The facility features four operating rooms modeled after and on par with Johns Hopkins operating theatres. Other highlights of the project include state of the art, human grade surgical equipment, imaging systems, on site generation of medical gasses, underwater treadmills, a hydrotherapy pool, a canine gym with computer-aided gait analysis, and one-inch thick rubber floors throughout all client and patient areas for comfort and safety. All of the best in the medical industry was brought together, while maintaining the client’s desire for a facility with the comfortable atmosphere of a hotel/café for the patients, clients, and staff.
