ADI built out four floors in a twelve-story building adjacent to a historic church. The building was modernized with the addition of a four-story stairwell with glass and metal railings. ADI preserved the stained glass windows from the historic church and used them in the new build-out.

Higher Achievement provides rigorous after school and summer academic programs, which close the opportunity gap for middle school youth in at-risk communities, and ADI is proud to be a sponsor of this important organization.

ADI completed George Washington University’s new conference center within the four-star Four Seasons Hotel. ADI maintained an aggressive schedule while accommodating the on-going daily operations of this fully occupied established, high-end hotel. The project included a lobby, ballroom and kitchen.
ADI Construction completed the demolition of the current 1st and 2nd floors, with reconstruction of masonry, specialized glass/glazing, floorcovering, ceramic tile and folding partitions at one of Corinthian College campus’ in Tyson’s Corner. This space included dental labs, classrooms, an elevator lobby, student lounges and vending areas.
