“Wow!” best describes this astounding pantry and lounge area of GE’s “Imagination Room”. The superb design utilizes varying elevations and shapes in the floating ceilings, as well as bold colors and unique lighting. A more technical part of the project is the sophisticated audio/visual system.
ADI completed the renovation of an existing office interior space for the new offices of Watkins Meegan in Tysons Corner. Walking into the reception area of this space, the project highlights an illuminated, undulating wall, as well as panels of color changing lights lining the opposite wall. A cavart, low profile storefront system was used throughout the space. ADI worked closely with several proprietary vendors to ensure the project was delivered to the client on time, even while overcoming delays caused by the backlog of fire protection submittals by the county.
ADI Construction completed the build out of a large high tech dental center in Ashburn, VA. The facility includes installation of over 18 TV’s, 10 video games and a complete automated lighting, HVAC and security system, as well as the infrastructure for a large 13 chair dental practice. The design included many radius walls, bulkheads and high-end finishes. The owner added extensive design changes during construction which required extensive tracking and coordination. ADI coordinated the work in the 5,600 SF facility with the owners dental equipment vendor and system automation/data/entertainment vendor.
One of two projects that ran on the same schedule in a large new shell space. Vein and Vascular Imaging is a medical office suite offering X-Ray, future CT, angioplasty, and vascular treatment rooms. ADI worked closely with imaging equipment manufacturers to prepare the rooms to meet the equipment specifications, as well as coordinate equipment delivery and installation. This project required careful detailing for the installation of the large C-Arm machine. This specialized X-ray imaging machine allows patients and doctors to see results quickly. The device is designed to be comfortable and less invasive for patients.

The complete demolition of the River House lobby transformed the once dated space into a truly unique, high-end lobby for a 647-unit apartment building. ADI completed this project while the building remained fully occupied. This project included the installation of exotic veneers, imported Italian marble flooring, specialty glass and luxury lighting to create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for residents to come home and enjoy.
These three high-end town homes are located two blocks from the Washington Convention Center. The units were constructed with a masonry and precast concrete façade, 10-foot floor heights, wood and stone floors, stone countertops, stone baths, ornate balconies at two levels, on-site parking and a historic shared carriage house. The project required extensive in filling of adjacent empty lots.
