ADI Construction is in the process of completing a new single-story medical building for DaVita Dialysis. ADI developed the entire site, including the replacement of a 3-foot undercut of unsuitable soils prior to construction, and was still able to complete the project on time and within budget. The project features a 30-foot cantilevered entrance canopy. As you enter the space, you are greeted by two dry-stacked, stone feature walls in the waiting area leading into the treatment areas.
ADI coordinated the construction of a new custom office space for FCI Federal. This project features open and cloud ceiling elements, and multiple clerestory windows throughout the interior offices that allow natural light to penetrate through the majority of the space. With a major design change consideration in the middle of this project that stalled construction, the project was able to remain on time per the original schedule.
ADI constructed this 6,000 square-foot pad site located at an existing retail center known as Sully Plaza. Work included site clearing and excavation, poured concrete footers, brick, split face block, EIFS, site lighting and landscaping. This was a limited sized pad site with little room for staging materials. Although the project faced numerous permit delays, which postponed the start of construction from summer to winter, the project was completed on time.
ADI Construction completed the renovation and re-design of the James Building main lobby, reception area and elevator lobby, while also improving the handicap ramp for RiverHouse Apartments. This space was designed to keep a consistent theme with the rest of the buildings within the complex, while also implementing new high-end finishes and modern updates, compared to the previous two renovations. Coordination between the architect, designer and ADI was a crucial element during this fast paced schedule – which included maintaining accessibility for the 600+ residents that occupy the building.
